Antique Navajo Squash Blossom Necklace with Turquoise Naja
Antique Navajo squash blossom necklace with turquoise naja, circa 1910-1920. 29" length with hook and eye closure, with 16 three-petal squash blossoms in total (8 per side) attached by thin 1/2" tabs. The blossoms are spaced by three seamed pearl beads, approximately 10-11mm in size. The naja is a double triangular bar terminating in flat raindrops stamped with a sunburst, with a single sea foam green turquoise stone set in a hand-formed scalloped bezel. The blossoms show the same sunburst stamping on all three petal tips. Strong patina, consistent across all components. Navajo, maker unknown.
