Double Strand Antique Turquoise Necklace with Pueblo Wrap

Two strands of very worn old natural turquoise in deep blue-green tones with dark matrix. One strand has 3 off-center focal stones. The strands have sterling pearls at the terminals transitioning into a pueblo wrap. 

This material was originally acquired as a broken necklace in Santa Fe, NM through Ben at Samsville Gallery. It was  restrung on Belgian made Griffin HP, a extremely high tensile strength fibre cord which drapes similarly to cotton string but allows for security in everyday wear. The necklace is closed with a pueblo wrap made from Fil Au Chinois waxed linen thread, a French made material with higher sheen and resistance to piling than normal cotton.
